Mittelbrandenburgische Sparkasse (MBS) is subject to the German Act on the Entrepreneurial Duty of Care in Supply Chains (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz – LkSG) since 1 January 2024. MBS is committed to its responsibility for human rights and the environment in its supply chains.
The LkSG obliges companies to set up a complaint procedure to receive complaints regarding possible human rights and environmental violations along their own supply chain or in their own business area. MBS supports the objective of the LkSG and has therefore set up four possibilities to file a complaint:
